INDIANA PRECISION RIFLE CHALLENGE
Created in 2019, INPRC has been built around precision rifle matches held in southern Indiana, hosting matches at Red Brush Rifle Range in Newburgh, IN as well as at Southern Indiana Precision in Celestin, IN. Since its inception, developing the shooter has been our focus; ensuring new shooters feel comfortable and are assisted in their involvement is a point of pride for INPRC. We are currently seeking new venues, so if you’re interested in hosting one or more matches, please feel free to contact us!
Since taking over match director duties in 2018, the primary goals of match director and series coordinator Adam Leonberger, have been steadily growing the shooter base, improving match flow and experience, and the pursuit of sponsorship. The 2018 season started with an average match attendance of 15-20 shooters and ended with an average attendance of 50-60 shooters. The increase in shooter numbers is attributed to quality competition, expanded courses of fire, range improvements, stronger social media presence, and a pool of amazing shooters and fierce competitors all with a common interest of growing the sport. Our 2018/2019 season finale hosted the top 60 shooters in the series and boasted a prize table of $20,000+ in prizes donated by some of the greatest companies in the sport.
