SQUADDING:

  • Squadding will be done through Practiscore.
  • Squadding will open at 7pm on the Monday before the match, and close when ticket sales end.
  • There will be two competitor uploads to Practiscore; one on the Sunday prior to the match and one after ticket sales close.
    • If you purchase your ticket for the match after the first upload, you will be in the second upload, AFTER SQUADDING ENDS.  This means you will not choose your squad; you will be used to back-fill as needed.
    • You will receive an email once you are uploaded.
    • THE MATCH WILL NOT SHOW UP ON YOUR PRACTISCORE UNTIL YOU ARE UPLOADED.
  • Squadding requests are only accepted for the following:
    • Family (husband/wife, parent/child, siblings, etc.).
    • New (first match) competitor.
  • Match Director has final say and may squad / pre-squad as he see’s fit.

RO’s / Squad Leaders:

  • We use a roving RO format, where the RO is a competitor, who moves with the squad, is in charge of the RO equipment, ensuring the stage is properly completed, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.  In this format, the competitors do the spotting duties.
  • We prefer RO’s volunteer, but if we do not have enough volunteers, we will assign as needed.
  • RO’s must be:
    • Familiar with PRS matches to know the rules, both procedural and safety.
    • Comfortable asserting authority to ensure a safe, efficient, and fair match.
    • Modestly familiar with the use of an iPad.
  • Volunteers are given a coupon code for a free regular season match.
    • Those who fail to utilize their code before the Season Finale, may request a comparable discount on the Season Finale match.
    • Match codes DO NOT transfer to the next season.
  • Competitors may volunteer to RO as often as they like, but will not be called upon (volun-told) to RO more than once in a season.
  • E-Mail MD to volunteer: Nate@prschallenge.com

TRANSFERS / REFUNDS:

  • Match slots may be transferred until the first upload to Practiscore by emailing MD.
  • NO REFUNDS.  You can show up and compete, or transfer your slot to someone else (see above), but you will not receive a refund.

  • Typical Schedule:
    0700 – Sign-in opens

  • Please stay to help tear down; we do not have the benefit to take the whole evening or Sunday morning to tear down.  The range must be reset immediately to allow for range members to shoot.

Please take note – The long range (lanes 1 & 2) will be CLOSED to MTC members, MPRC shooters, and the public from Friday at noon until the match begins.  The only exception is for any MTC Clinic’s / sanctioned training.  DO NOT arrive the evening prior expecting to verify data.  If you do, you will be asked to leave the property.  If this changes, shooters will be notified via E-Mail.  The ZERO RANGE, and the rest of the facility will be open to RANGE (MTC) MEMBERS.  If you do not have a RANGE MEMBERSHIP, you will not be permitted to utilize any of the lanes until the zero range opens on the morning of the match.  All participants are welcome to camp and/or socialize on premises Friday.

As always, we can use help with set-up on Friday (starts at noon), and PLEASE stick around after the match to help tear down.  We don’t have the luxury of tearing down late into the evening or all Sunday morning; the range must be reset for members to use immediately upon match completion.
