0730- Sign-in begins
0800 – Match Brief
0830 – Range goes hot and match begins
1500 (est.) – Range goes cold
15 mins following – Match results announced, Match concluded.
Begins at 7:30 under the clubhouse pavilion. You will sign two waivers (Columbus Sportsman’s Association and WPRC) when you check-in. All guests need to sign waivers as well. Sign in only lasts for 30 minutes; it closes at 8:00, please be on time.
We will cover important safety and procedural information. All shooters will remain in the general area for match brief. After brief, squads will disperse to their assigned stages. Be in location and READY TO SHOOT by 8:30. We will announce on the radios when the match begins.

After entering the driveway take a left at the fork up the hill. The parking area will be immediately to your left at the top of the hill.
After parking, come to the club house pavilion and sign in.
We are running squads of ~10; stage times will be 90 seconds. BE READY to shoot while the person before you is in process of shooting. Don’t risk safety in the name of speed.
Results will be announced within 15 mins of receiving the final iPad from the RO’s. Trophies will be presented during the post match wrap up meeting.
WPRC Membership packets are still available for pickup, please ask for it after the match.
Matt will be there for breakfast and lunch just like always. Bottled water will also be available at every stage.
About a week before the match you will be imported to PractiScore. An email will be sent to you regarding squadding, typically on the Monday before the match. One more email will be sent out the day before the match with the course of fire.
