-Tickets available to qualified PRS Members on August 23rd, at 7pm EST.
-Any remaining tickets will open to the public on September 6th at 7pm EST.
-DO NOT request special squadding accommodations unless it is for family purposes (Spouse, Parent, Guardian).
-Shooters will be uploaded to Practiscore on or around, September 11th.
-Ticket sales close the Wednesday prior to the match at 7pm EST.
-Shooters Registering after August 31st will only receive match sweatshirt if an earlier registering shooter no-show’s.
-Shooters who no-show, and registered on time, may not receive a sweatshirt.
Squadding:
-Squadding opens via practiscore at 7pm EST the Monday prior to the match (September 12th).
-First upload of shooters to practiscore will be the Sunday evening or Monday morning prior to the match.
-Second upload of shooters (If applicable) to practiscore will be the Wednesday prior to the match, AFTER SQUADDING CLOSES.
-If you don’t make the first upload, you’ll be squadded where needed to even out the squads. If you want to pick your seat, don’t arrive at the last minute.
Expect 9-10 stages, requiring around 100 +/- rounds. Bring enough extra ammunition to zero and gather data if you so choose, and to cover the rare event that you need to re-shoot a stage.
Estimated Schedule:
Friday, September 16th:
1200 – 1800: Sign-in, Sight-in, Verify Data.
Saturday, September 17th:
0700 – Sign-in opens
0700 (or first light) – Zero Range opens
0800 – Match Brief at base of the 1000yd hill.
0830 – Range hot
11:30 – Lunch on the firing line
1630 – Estimated match completion.
1730 – Banquet
Please take note – At this time, an MPRC representative must be present during any shooting on the long ranges. We will not have our people making trips to the firing line until dark, to accommodate late arrivals. If you miss the noon to 6pm open range time, you will NOT be permitted to shoot until the zero range goes hot Saturday morning. DO NOT expect to arrive after 6pm and zero / verify data. If you make such an attempt, you will be asked to leave the property and not return.
